To all club members and watchers!!!!!

The founder (Ms. P), the co-founder (*TheChild13) and all the staff members of the club have major issues to cover with all members and watchers.
These problems cover submission links/thumbs, submission keywords and most of all permission statements!

These issues have been going on for the passed 2 Years. We value all our club members, and want to submit but theses issues need to be resolved immediately.

We get at least 50-60 notes per day that deal with joins and submissions.
We need your help with making sure our staff doesn't have any problems submitting work to the club.

For if it gets to the point where we have to remind our members of these issues, we may even stop submitting artwork until these rules are forced.

These are the on going problems with submissions.


Those that want to join!!! Please read this carefully!!

We have been getting notes from deviants who wish to join our club, but have absolutely no deviations or artistic nudes in their gallery.
We need to know if you are going to be a Member or a Watcher.
Members submit work to the club.
While watchers merely watch the club.

Those that are Members!!!

Members!!! Please put our avatar in your journal!! If you don't have a journal, then you must make one to place the avatar in!! The best place to put the avatar is in the footer of your journal, so that it will be there at all times! This is important!!! It helps us realize who are the real members and who are just watchers. Also it advertises us to other inspiring artistic nude photographers/artists!!

We NEED those that are submitting their work to the club to place the permission statement in the artistic comments of their original deviation. This is imperative! If you don't place the permission statement in your work then the club will get banned. Which we don't want.

Here is the permission statement:

I give permission for to display this deviation.

Or

I give permission for =Artistic-Nudes-Club to display this deviation.

Please follow it word for word!!!!

When you submit your work to our club in a note, we need the following things:

We need a link (non-subscribers) or a thumbnail (subscribers)!! And be sure it is the link or thumb of the deviation you want to submit. Many times we get links or thumbs that are not the work that people wanted to submit.
This makes it hard for us to submit your work quickly!!

The next thing we need in the note of your submission is KEYWORDS!!!!! We need at least 20 keywords to go with your deviation!
We constantly run into problems with deviations with 0 to 10 words. So we (staff members) have to create our own keywords to go with the deviation. This makes the process of submitting your work go slower.


Please help us help you!! By doing these things for the club you can help us submit things smoothly and without any problems!!

We do infact open all notes that have Submisson & Join as the subject name. We do not answer these notes until we complete them, this way we may come back to the notes and then let you know all the information.
Please do not worry at all when it comes to us submitting your artwork. Once we submit your great work we go back to the note and let you know all the information that we used along with any information you gave to us to use, like your keywords.
We do inform you of the month, day, year, time, & all the keywords we used along with the ones that you did give to use to use. We do use your keywords first and in the order that you gave them to us, we then use our keywords after yours and also in the same order the way you did it.


We must have 20 or more of your own Keywords when we are submitting your artwork. If we do not have those keywords all it does is slow us down more because we have to think of keywords to use for your work.
